1. open Date/Time Control Panel
2. Select Use a Network Time Server - Server Options
3. Drop down list, Edit list.
4. Add
Name: NIST
Server address: time-b.nist.gov
5. Done.
6. Set Time Now
7. (select which option you prefer)
That's it.

Other NIST servers if "time-b.nist.gov" is busy.
time-nw.nist.gov (Redmond WA)
nist1.datum.com (San Jose CA)
CHECK NIST Web Site for other time servers.
